  • Playing against a back 4 and 2 CMs
  • Defending team to remain compact, if they win the ball, can they score in a mini goal or find their striker who's operating in end-zone as seen in image

  • Looking to move the ball quickly, have overlapping/underlapping runs in wide areas to try and receive in zones
  • Different attacking runs in the area
  • Making sure far-side are thinking of transition and are narrowing off to protect central areas and be in a position to counter-press on transition
