1-2 Passing & Movement (15 Min)
Player A dribbles to red cones as B takes defender away, A passes to checking in B who returnes the pass to A at the yellow cone and sprints around the orange cone to receive, A plays a through ball and moves to orange station, B passes to C and gets in C line as C dribbles around station back to A.
Coaching Points: Head Up, Checking in Player must sell, run away & return, concentrate on weight of passes

Compactness Activity (15 min)
Blue players connect ground passes through orange players defensive line. Orange players work as a unit to stay compact and prevent passes through. Blue players get a point for connecting ea pass. Orange players get a point for blocking a pass.
Coaching Points: Communicate. Work to slide, screen & press. Keep a proper balanced body shape (Don't go in to quick so you may keep you body shape right). Defend with patience.

Expanded Small sided Activity (20 min)
Divide the field in 3 vertical thirds.After a few minutes instruct defending players to close attacking team into 2/3rds
Cp's-immediate pressure, angle of approach, fake tackles, don't leave your feet, stern tackles, right timing, communicate, pressure cover, stay compact, if attacking team beats pressure-smart foul, keep position when posssession is reattained.

Objective is to push the attacking team into 1 vertical channel to press them and force turn over or division of the ball

Perform deceptive attacking action with the ball and connect to teamate. Step overs, scissors, sole V's, Reverse L's, Push Pull, etc. Use cone as defender to change direction. Push the tempo to increase touches.
