Instructions:
Whiite team serves as target players
Blue team scores points by going from one target to another on the opposite side
Green players are restricted to channels and score by stealing a ball and scoring in a counter goal
Coaching Points:

Reading the defenders position to decide where you receive the pass (back foot to break line, back foot to take defender on 1v1, space in behind)
Progressions/Regressions:
R- remove middle defender
P- allow middle defender to go anywhere on field

Instructions:
2v2, ball always starts from keepers
1st goal wins, winner stays on, losing team starts with ball (and 2 new players)
90 seconds without a goal is a tie, both teams come off

Instructions:
Green team competes against blue and white
Green gets 1 point for dribble across opposite end line and back (does skill move once each way)
Blue gets a point every time they play in to target player and receive the ball back
Coaching Points:
Try to bring out 4 main scenarios-
Receive on back foot to go forward
Receive on back foot, beat defender with move
Receive in space (through ball)
Use double pass to receive in space
Check off at an angle
