Instructions:
SAQ:
Player A starts game by running to player B and tagging B's Back hand. Player B runs to tag player c. C then reverses the same pattern going the other.
Warm-up
Line 1 plays to line 2 who starts in a wide position to receive the ball on the back foot. Players are looking to receive and play next player in same pattern as SAQ. Endline players take forward receiving touch, when in the middle they use back foot to receive in a quarter-on body shape and plays the ball towards the opposite endline. Players play two touch. Players rotate in similar pattern as SAQ.
