Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Transition Rondo (Start Time: 2024-02-21 20:00:00)

Possession and transitional rondo focusing on decision making and player's rotational movement to create space.

Game starts in the central grid as a 5v3 and transition into a 7v5 in the main box.

5v3:

> Blue team starts with the ball in central grid and play 10 passes to earn a point.

> Red team in tries to win possession of the ball and play out of central grid to the main box.

> Reds in the main box cannot interfere with play in central grid.

> Red team after gaining possession from central grid, now tries to play 10 passes to earn a point.

PROGRESSION

- After 5 passes teams can score in mini goal

- Maximum 3 touches for each player.

- Keep passes to a maximum of knee height.
