Method: 1v1 one  player starts 10yds ahead of opposition , on coaches call he must dribble across halfway line while being chased by hisher opponent , once heshe passes the halfway line the turn and attack .

Method: 1v1  One player passes across for the 1v1 to start . both players can now score .

Coaching Points:

Attacking >  skills moves and changes of direction learnt in Brain Box 

                     scissors ,chops, stepover, Speed to attack space in behind . 

Defending  > Good body position, force away from goal ,force onto weak side Left / Right.

                      Time tackle , Dont dive in .

Method: 1v1 , Players go to opposite halfway lines , one player passes across to the other . once they receive the ball they can attack either goal.

Method: 1v1 attack Defend    Both teams start on halfway line.  1st player attacks goal and shots they immediately run across to defend in a 1v1 against the next oncoming attacker and is continues like this until everyone has gone.
