Ball in hand.
If player has ball in hand, they are not allowed to move. Defenders are allowed to tag player with the ball to win possession, or intercept passes.
Objective is to pass ball down the field through rolling ball/bouncing ball/tossing ball to teammates to get the ball into the end zone.
If attacking player is able to receive a pass in the end zone with possession, a goal is scored.
Coaching points:
1. How to create passing lanes
2. Movement in behind - do we have to pass it to the player, or can we pass it to the space and allow them to run on to it?
