Transition Game (5 mins)

Method: Progressive finishing leading into T 2 D

Coaching Points:

  • Player starts off running onto the ball having a shot on the GK.
  • Quickly turns around and defends goal against opposite player.
  • Then it becomes 3 V 2.
  • If defenders or GK win/save the ball defenders transition into attack by trying to score in two opposing goals.
