Dribbling/Cutting
- 12 yards with a cone (defender) halfway
- 2 times out and back each variation
- Touch every step running with the ball.
- Right foot on the way out, Left foot on way back

- Pull Back on Ends; Single Faint in Middle
- Inside Cut on Ends; Double Faint in Middle
- Outside Cut on Ends; Fake Shot in Middle
- Cruyff on Ends; Move of Choice in Middle

Set Up:
- 15 x 15 yard box with a 5 x 5 yard box inside
- 1 ball on each corner
- Divide players between outside cones
- Players will take turn dribbling toward their middle cone, execute the cut, and then pass back to their partner(s)
CP's:
- Dribble quickly with laces (pinky toe)
- Keep the ball close
- Keep your head up
- Execute the cut quickly and explode in the opposite direction

- 1 minute per variation

6 - 6:30pm
Set Up:
- 2 x 5 Yard Gates 12 yards apart. In the middle set up 2 cones 8 yards apart.
- 2 players will share a grid
- 1 player will start the game by playing the ball to their opponent. The opponent will try to dribble through either gate as quick as possible
- If the defender wins the ball they can dribble through either gate to score
- Alternate Service
CP's:
- Take first touch where you want to go
- Score as fast as possible
- Quick clean cut if you need to change direction
- Utilize pull back, inside cut, outside cut, cruyff, double cut to get past defender
- Sell move with body faint
- Use body to protect ball
Reps:
- 90 second games
- Winner moves up, loser moves down
Guided Questions:
1) How do we create space when dribbling? Changing directions, making defender go opposite way
2) Are we more effective if we score quickly or do a bunch of cuts before we score? Score quickly
3) What are you looking for to know if you should cut or not? Defender trying to get in front. Defender leaning or off balance

6:30 - 7pm
CP's:
- Communicate in the run of play through guided questions (mainly pertaining to your topic)
- Utilize halftime break to simulate game
- Keep it free-flowing. Try not to freeze during this phase (only if something drastic needs to be pointed out).

- Set up your pop up goals to create 2 fields
- As players arrive and finish their pre-practice technical have them hop onto a field to play
- Numbers are intentionally kept small to get lots of touches and introduce topic
CP's:
- Be Engaged
- On your field in your team
- Encourage players with what topic you are working on (Guided Questions)
- Numbers up / Numbers down are perfectly fine and honestly preferred sometimes. This will help players naturally adapt tactically to the game and build some character to overcome circumstances
