Passing pattern (5 mins)
Set Up:
- 10 x 10 grid 4 or 5 or 6 players to a grid base on number of players.
- Increase gird size base on players ability.
- Set up multiple girds as needed.
Session Aims:
- Player A passes to B, B to C, C to D. Each player follows there pass.
- Player D dribbles the ball back to the start
- The drill is the repeated starting with player E to A. etc.
Coaching Points:
- Quality passes
- Weight of pass
- Body shape when receiving
- Receive on the back foot in the direction you want to pass next

3 v 2 Grid play
Set Up: Divide grid into 3 channels
Session Aims:
- Attackers are not allowed to leave there channel.
- Attacking team passes the ball up the field and try's to score.
- Defending team try's to win the ball and score.
- Any of the attackers can score but they must stay in there channel.
Coaching Points:
- Body Shape when receiving
- Receiving on the back foot
- Quality passes

Finial - Game (30 mins)
Set Up:
- 3v3/6v6.
- 24x34 pitch.
- Make 3 or more passes and score = 2 goals
- Can still score without making 3 passes = 1 goal
- Check for understanding of attacking technique
- Allow players to play.
- Coach over the top.

Conditions: Players try to make as many passes as possible before scoring a goal. At which point the goal is worth the number of passes the team made (Eg: If the team makes 6 passes and then score a goal that goal is worth 6 points). If the team miss the goal after making passes they get no point. encourage players to focus on making as many passes and possible before trying to score.
