Set Up:
Use two 10*10 grids with a 5 yard neutral zone in the middle. Place two mannequins in the neutral zone for additional interference.
This activity will use 10 players. Split the players into 5 separate pairs with each pair wearing a different color.
Start the activity by playing 4v2 in one end of the grid. The 4 players try to keep the ball away from the defenders and transfer the ball to the other grid using the 2 players in the neutral zone.
Once the ball is played to the opposite side the 2 players from the neutral zone join the the 2 players in the opposite side while the defenders also transfer over to play 4v2. Additionally 2 players from the side of the grid the ball originally started enter the neutral zone to mirror the set up that was in place before the ball was switched.
Pair that loses the ball immediately becomes the defender.

Set Up:
Use an area 20*20. Place 6 players on the outside of the area and 2 players in the middle with a ball. Players in the middle play to anyone on the outside then move to receive the opposite ball.
Players stay in the middle for 45 seconds then switch to bring in two new players.
Progression: 2 players in the middle but now with just one ball. The players in the middle must combine quickly before playing the ball to someone on the outside. The same player that plays the ball to the outside must receive the pass that comes back inside the area.
