Structure:
- Players in two groups
- Between 18 box and halfway line
- Jog for 3-4 min to increase blood flow to working muscles
- Players perform dynamic stretches of all major muscle groups and increase mobility
Organisation:Sideway-facing hurdles/Forward-facing hurdles/Backwards
- Adduction over hurdles into rotation
- Adduction over hurdles into a sidestep
- Adduction and abduction over hurdles combined
- (Forward facing) Straight-leg abduction (both legs) into squat
- Hurdle-step hamstring raise into hop
- (Backwards - back to hurdles) Abduction into diagonal rotation
