Possession Game Rules - Twenty Minutes
To score players must pass from one end zone to the other without other team regaining possession. Once a team achieves this, the target man then passes straight in to opposition and they try to score.
Game 1 - Five Minutes
Players must stay in the their zones. Players in possession can use the target man to bounce the ball off. Looking for defensive team to try and regain possession quickly, knowing when its on to press and when to drop and remain compact.
Game 2 - Five Minutes
Once a pass is played into another zone, one of the players of the team in possession can move into that grid. Once possession is lost, the nearest player has to recover into the zone that has just been vacated. Defenders can not track the players.
Game 3 - Five Minutes
Players can now dribble from one zone to the next so looking for defenders to make it hard for players in possession.
Teams can still pass from zone to zone and still looking for players to join in when the ball has been passed.
One defender can now track their runner. Looking for team to regain shape when possesion is lost.
Game 4 - Five Minutes
Free play. Players can now move anywhere on the pitch.
Still looking for teams to keep the correct shape, knowing when and where to press.

Play starts with one of the centre backs passing to other centre back.
