Organization:
- Same field as before. 2v2.
Instructions:
- One team starts from behind the goal, the other team starts from the half.
- White team: both players start at the middle cones, one at each side. 1 player starts with the ball dribbles to one of the red players (who are behind goal), drops the ball with red team and runs behind the goal to join the game.
- Red team: as soon as ball gets delivered, attack.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Can we delay in the 1v2?
- Can we force the pressure?
- Can we force to the sideline? If we force to the middle, can we press right away?

Organization:
- 3v3 going towards goal.
- 6 balls on top of the cones that mark the field (as shown).
Instructions:
- 3v3 going to goal. If a ball goes out of bounds, the player that touched it last has to go get it, and meanwhile, a player from the opposite team has to get a ball from one of the cones and put it in play. The player that went to get the ball out of bounds places it in the empty cone.

Organization:
- 20x30 yards field.
- 2 cones, diagonally from each other, on each side of the field, as shown.
Instructions:
- Ball starts at one end. Player dribbles and once he/she reaches cone passes to player on opposite end. Player that receives pass dribbles to the cone in front, player who just passed ball races back to his/her starting point. It's a race, keep track of points.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- As soon as player with ball 'loses' ball, can we react and sprint back to recover?
- Mentality of reacting right away as soon as our ball is out of our feet.
