Method: 4v4+4 Transition game , Aerobic high intensity.  34 mins game 3 passes to start before playing the ball across to opposite target player , once the ball played across each team plus side players move across and repeat , if the team out of possession wins the ball they can either build up with 3 passes or quickly transfer .
