Possession v Counter Game
Inside the small box there will be a 4v2 play out. On the outside of the box the two defending players will have a player moving along the 3 sides of the box (they cannot occupy the line closest to the goal line).
The 4 players that start with possession aim to keep the ball for as long as possible. If the defending two players win the ball, they need to secure a pass to one of their players on the outside before they can attack the goal.
If the defending team win the ball back, they bring it back into the small square.
X number of passes = goal
If no GK, add constraint to scoring (lifted over back board/corner goals/deflections etc)

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Hockey images.
Players score by getting the ball into all the squares (passing to team mate or carrying into square
Can structure the order/have one side to score, but the ball must go into and out of the middle before they can score in the next square
Encourage players to go inside the field of play and then quickly outside again
Squares are unopposed
