Organization
Instructions
1. attacking team (#4,#10, #7, #11) inside the first box will have to connect a penetrating pass to their #9
2. there will be two defender inside the box attempt to block penetration
3. in order for the attacking team to gain a point they must connect the penetrating pass through of the 2 gates (#10 player is the only one allowed to move freely anywhere inside the box)
4. if defender wins ball they must bring ball to one of the edges
5. once penetrating pass is made to #9 the wide players must transition to other box and connect pass to the either side (number #4 then becomes the #9)

-off the ball movement
-quality of first touch
-quality of passing technique
-speed of play
-3 lines of penetration
Option 1- maintain ball
Option 2- play wide (around the block)
Option 3- through ball (killer pass through the defensive block)
-switch the play
Progressions
1. Same rules as condition games but now remove gates
2. Now when penetrating pass to #9 is made
3. this will trigger a transfer as #10 will now become the defender and defender will now become the #10
4. accordingly #9 has now become #4 and will try to connect to opposite side

1 attacking play in each zone
Instructions
1. maroon and white team play a 4v4 and are looking to score points by playing a teammate in the end zone.
2. Point is scored if teammate dribbles into an endzone
3.Neutrals are responsible for their half of the sideline and must connect which team played them the ball
4. f defensive players win the ball they must transition to score in the opposite side

-recognition of defender blocking lane
-checking in movement to receive pass or make penetrating run
-receiving on backfoot
-creating 2v1
-penetrate space or find pass
-speed of play
-1v1 duel or combination play with teammate?

Progressions
-allow 1 player wide supporting player to penetrate into attacking zone allowing numbers up in attack
-add goal for finishing element

Combination 1
1. player A will make a pass and follow their pass towards space
2. Player B will play a 1-2 with player A then pass ball to opposite side
3. Player A will rotate to player B and player B will follow their pass to opposite cone
Combination 2
1. Player A will make a pass to player B and follow their pass towards space
2. Player B will play a 1-2 with player A
3. Player A will continue their run as player B will play another 1-2 to set up play A to finish on their first touch
