Organization
Players remain in two groups as they were before. One group will defend to start and the other group will attack. The attackers will be set up as Strikers and Wingers.Hence the "S" and the "W" on the diagram.
Field Set up
Roughly 15x18
Detail
The Defending team always start with the ball. They will either play a firm pass to the Striker or the Wingers. If the ball is played to the striker, they must take one touch out of their fett and strike the ball on goal. If played to the Wingers, they must take a touch down the wing and cross the ball on the ground into the Striker and the other Winger for a first time finish. Once the defender plays the ball, both defenders become live to try and block what they can. Ball is dead when goes out of bounds, in the goal, or blocked by the defenders. Players switch roles after 5 minutes.
It is very important that regardless of where the ball is played, all forwards MUST follow in the shot.
Progressions
After both teams have had a go through in each role, we can have a competition to see who scores more goals.

Once in the gate, they have one touch to set themselves, then the next is a strike. Player return to the back of their line once they have shot. Next player begins when the shot is taken by the player infront of them. Both teams switch after 3-5 minutes
