Long ball/crossing
Players needed: 9+
Equipment needed: 12 cones, 6+balls, 1 big goal
middle player plays wide player, wide player controls and crosses the ball, attackers to big goal, defenders win it clear or play long ball to the middle player. 3 transitions 2m each, 1st just instruction, 2nd wide player not crossing can also join, 3rd middle plays wide-wide switches field to crosser
coaching points: touch before cross, through ball to crosser, how to attack the cross
possible issues: poor crosses, players not returning to positions quickly, no long ball from defenders

Equipment needed: 1 big goal, 1 small goal, 6 cones, 8+ balls
3 phases, 2m30s each,1st phase no instruction, 2nd one point from switching from cone line to cone line, 3rd phase over the top ball to shot worth 1 point
Coaching points: switching play, long vs short, use of wide space
possible issues: poor passing, no attempts at long pass, poor control from long passes

Players needed: 5+
Equipment needed: 3 cones, 3+ balls
Player with ball passes short to player in front, makes a run either side of pass, recieves it back and then plays a long ball across. 1st player becomes short pass, short pass joins long line, long line reciver runs to passing lane with ball. 3 phases 2m each, 1st phase rules instruction thats it, 2nd on ball passes, 3rd in air passes. Short allways on ground, 1st phase short runner decides, 2nd passer decides, 3rd passer alternates.
coaching points: technique of long pass, power vs accuracy, air vs ground
Possible issues: consistent poor passes, players not getting in line quick enough, poor control
