Split players evenly. Defenders with a ball each lineup behind the Red cone, Attackers behind the Blue cones.
Play starts with the first defender pushing the ball accross, then stopping it infront of the attacker. The defender carries their run around the orange hat and then tries to defend. The attacker takes a positive touch and drives at pace into the scoring zone and attempts to knock a ball off the yellow cones. Players switch roles after every contest.
Looking For:
* Finish at pace, once inside the zone finish, don't hesitate
* Great first touch out of feet
* Can you get your eyes up to see where your target is
Step Up:
* Increase pressure on the attacker by shortening the distance of the cone that defender runs around
