The blue defenders should try to press the ball.

Middle players combine to play out to the end.
Coaching Points
Middle 2 to make "circular" runs behind and through the mannequins.
Arrive into space at pace and on the half turn.
Realistic movement to support the pass when the ball is in the end zones.
One above and one below the mannequins to allow for defensive line to be broken.
Possible Progressions
Move a defender into the middle zone.
Allow a forward to drop into the 10 position in the middle zone.
RM & LM can take turns to rotate into the middle zone.

Reds play to goal, blues play to the poles.
Red FB to give width to the attack.
Try to play passes between the lines to strikers.
Highest MF player to break the line with movement, deepest to sit and protect.

The reds will play out from the GK and try to work the ball through the poles on the outside of the pitch.
The deeper MF player can receive the ball unopposed in the shaded area.
The full backs are encouraged to advance through the shaded area once the MF player takes possession.
If an "out ball" is needed, the reds can play to the 2nd GK who acts as a target player on the halfway line. (The ball MUST hit the keeper on the full).
