Conclude Warm-Up with Exposive Preparatory Exercise:
7 runs of 55yds maxing out at 70% of speed with 5yd deceleration area.
Rest: 50 seconds between each run
Note: if each run takes 5 seconds, lines could be 10 deep so you don't have to manage "timing" i.e. 1:10 work:rest ratio

Area: 50x40
- vertical channels: 15yd middle channels and 5yd wide channels
- horizonal channels: 12ish yds each
- All restarts from the GKs
*** Attacking shape = 2-1-2, Defending shape = 2-2-1
Coaching Points:
- Green lines represent their "lines" which are starting points
- Consecutive lines should avoid being vertically square (i.e. in same channel)
- Once lines have been set - Opposite Movement of respective line and other lines - avoid being horizontally square
- Interchange between lines

8v8: Field: 70x42, Two 12-minute games with 2 mins rest between games
- All restarts from the GKs
**Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.
- Encourage building at the appropriate times "Build"
- "Get your lines" on goal kicks, restarts, etc. -
- Defend in a 3-3-1, attack in a 2-3-2
