Players: Five teams of three per team.
Who: 8,9,10
What: Once scoring, immediately attacking the opposite goal in order to get the feel of a counter attack.
Where: The middle and attacking third
When: Immediately counter-attacking through the central channel when we win the ball.
Why: To create a numerial advantage near the goal.
Game: Play two 3 x 3 games at the same time. The team who scores immediately retrieves the ball from the net and attacks the opposite goal. The team in the center moves to defend the counter attack. The team who concedes the goal moves to the center. Repeat
Coaching Points:
•Look to play FORWARD in transition
•Wide players OPEN UP to create space
•Target forwards HOLD THE BALL & look for LAYOFFS
•Support underneath the TARGET player
•Urgency to support the play from BEHIND

Field size: 12 x 12
Players: 5 x 1. Adjust to number of players. Could go 4 x 1 with player in middle minus an outside guy
Game: Rondo. 3 or 4 minutes per game then switch men in middle. 50% defensive effort until the attacking team get the hang of it, then increase intensity the quicker they play to 100%.
Focus:
1. Wall Pass to middle
2. SPOA

Players: 15 total; One team of 5 the other 8 and two GK's
Who: 8,9,10
What: Once the 5 or 9 win the ball, there is an immediate counter attack
Where: The middle and attacking third
When: Immediately counter-attacking through the central channel when we win the ball.
Why: To create a numerial advantage near the goal.
Game: There are three zones. The middle zone is occupied by only the attackers. The other two are 4 x 1 rondo. The red advances the ball from one zone to the other. Once the 5 or 9 takes the ball, they counter with the 6, 8, 10 who can flood the 4 X 1 zone and finish. Play four minute games then switch the blue team. Three rotations.
