Ball is played to player in the middle who plays across to teammate in middle. Teammate then plays through ball to player that first passed the ball. Players in the middle switch places after they pass the ball. Version 2: Add 2 additional middle players to distribute the balls.

Defender serves ball into zone of three attacking players. Attacking player go 3 v 1 keeping ball away from defender. Reset when defender wins the ball or if balll goes out of grid.

Mark off a 20x40 grid. Divide into four three 10 yd zones. Place defender in each zone. Rest of team lines up and tries to dribble to the other side without losing the ball. All players leave at once. Defenders score 1-3 point depending on which zone the tackle is made in. Attackers score 2 points for reaching the other side.

Technical Warm Up (15 mins)
Players dribble using inside, outside, sole of the foot. Dribble with speed (outside of foot), change direction, and perform moves. Coach calls out several moves which players execute. Version 2: Coach puts pressure on players while they are dribbling. Version 3: Play knockout where each player has to maintain posession of their own soccer ball while trying to knock teammates soccers balls out of grid.
