This training focuses on developing technical and tactical skills through game-like scenarios. It starts with a warm-up that enhances control and passing under pressure, followed by build-up play from the back with and without opposition. The final match is organized in zones to improve positional synchronization, ensuring defenders and midfielders maintain structure and space. Variants emphasize quick decision-making and effective space occupation in conflict situations. The goal is to improve communication, game reading, and team automatisms in both attack and defense.

Diamond Passing Drill
Organization: 4 cones forming a diamond. 3 players: 2 at one cone (start) and 1 at the opposite cone.
Execution: The ball starts with the two players. The first player drives to the center of the diamond, passes to the player in front, then moves laterally to either side cone. Receives the return pass and plays back to the center. The next player repeats the sequence.
Technical Variant:
2 players positioned at the ends of the diamond.
1 central player completes 10 consecutive repetitions.
The central player must move to the opposite cone before receiving, control with the furthest foot (inside), and pass with the opposite foot to the player on the other side.
After 10 repetitions, roles rotate.
