Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Shot stopping game 1

the aim for the keeper in this game is to get into correct position to save an oncoming shot.The goalkeeper should work on getting into line with the ball and set when the attackers are preparining to shot.

The game works with non-working Keepers in grid either passing the ball between themselves or perfroming handling exercises.(for example,scoop,saves or low hanned saves).When the coach calls a colour,the working goalkeeper in the goal area will touch that cone and move into postiton in relation to the ball and the middle of the goal-ready to save.

When the colour is called the keeper with the ball in grid will become an attacker and when the working goalkeeper is in position will have four seconds to score a goal.This can also be done without the colour cones,Which could make the game more realistic,as goalkeeper does not come out of position to start.

The position of the the shooting line can be altered depending on what the session topic is.1v1s can worked on with the line being close to the goal,or long range shot stopping can be attempted with the shooting line being moved far back

The working keeper will be rotated with the number of goals conceded recorded.The keeper with lowest number will be the winner.
