Warm up
Dynamic stretching to be completed prior to this for 5-10 min
Leader dictates movements
Complete 6 times in 2 minute sessions - 30 sec rest in between sessions (12 min total work time)
After first two minutes have follower and leader swap
Then have everyone on one side swap so everyone has a different partner, then repeat process.
Every movement must be completed ie can't start to move to one cone and then decide to move to a different one halfway through
Every movement must be cone to cone - options are: forwards, backwards, diagonal, sideways
Sideways movement must be done side on and instead of dribbling straight have to use inside of both feet to slide the ball.
