Narrow pitch to encourage vertical passing

All players locked into their zones. 

3v1 at end zone

2 central zones. 1 defending player in each central zone

Reds keep possession but looking for a vertical pass to other end zone.

Once successful pass is made, players join in at opposite zone.

If defending team intercepts ball, 3 touches to shoot in any goal.

Play for 2 minutes then switch positions of defenders.

After 6 minutes, switch teams.

Progression

Add another defensive player to central zones. Let players choose which zone defending player goes into.
