Coach bounces the ball for the player to try and connect with the ball on the volley
Coach varies up his starting position by being behind the players, to the side and in front
1 station has a bosu ball
1 station has a trampoline
Players start by bouncing on the trampoline or bosu ball and jumping off into reacting to a boucing ball to volley on goal.
Variations:
1. balance on one leg
2. face the opposite direction, twist in the air when jumping off
