8v2 Rondo
A rondo in a 15x15 or 20x20 grid. The area for the rondo is large because the exercise is challenging. Once the player passes the ball, the player must quickly sprint five yards outside the grid and then return. Start with two touches. After three minutes, one touch only.
Objectives
Because the player that pass the ball must make a movement outside the grid, the player that receives the ball must play someone else. Focus on the intensity on how the players sprint outside the grid and return. Players that do not have the ball must consistantly be aware of where they can play a pass.

6v6 in a Hexagon
In about a 35x35 grid. The outside players are bumpers for their own team. The outside players do not defend. The exercise is 3v3 inside the grid but can use their team mates on the outside to create a 6v3. Start with a two touch limit for the players inside and one touch limit for the bumpers.
Objectives
The players inside the grid must move quickly to support the players on the ball. The players in possession must also be aware of other team mates because of the one touch limit. The team in possession must try to draw the defenders to a certain area, then switch once the defenders become unbalanced. Focus on intensity--the intervals should be one minute of high intensity followed by 30 seconds rest. Switch outside players every interval.
Make it competitive for making 6-8 passes one point.

20 mins
Conditional Game
Create three even teams. Two teams compete while one team is on the outside of the grid participating as bumpers. Everyone has only one touch.
Objectives
Because all players only have one touch, the players should know where they want to pass before they receive the ball. The player that is receiving the ball must have support.

Partner and a ball
8 yards apart moving the ball the one touch. Focus on the technique on how to pass one touch--chest over the ball, inside of the foot, creating back spin, fluid movement, etc.
Objectives
Warm up and gain confidence to pass the ball on one touch.
Progression: After the player passes the ball, the player must back peddle for 3 yards then move forward 3 yards. Start with one player at a time. After both players do the exercise, challenge both players to do it together.
