Organization:
1. 40x30 area set up as shown
2. 4 groups of 4 players.
Instructions:
1. Players make eye contact with the player across from them to start the drill.
2. Players dribble down the middle like 'Messi' to the center cone, perform a V move, and accelerate to the end cone.
3. The next players begin their turn once the previous players have finished and eye contact is made.
4. Players will perform each move with the right and left foot.
Coaching Points:
1. 1st touch to attack space.
2a. Execution of move.
2b. Drag the ball back with the sole of the foot
2c.Using the outside of the opposite foot, push the ball in the opposite direction.
3. Use of body to fake.
4. Acceleration out of move.
5. Immediately pick head up.
6. More space run with the ball (Ronaldo)

Organization:
1. 30 x 20 Area.
2. 2 groups of six (if possible)
3. Two teams.
Instructions:
1. Player B passes to Player A.
2. Player A then looks to score in either goal after receiving the pass from the defender (Player B).
3. After ball is scored or out of player, Player A then moves to the defenders line behind Player C and Player B goes to the attackers line.
Coaching Points:
1. Look to drive at the defender.
2. Observe defenders position to decide which way to go.
3. Head up as dribbling.
4. Look for earliest shooting chance.

Organization:
1. Area size 30 x 20.
Instructions:
1. Players split up into 4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play.
Coaching Points:
1. 3 lines of attack, 1 defender, 1 midfielder, 1 forward.
2. Create as much space for player in possession.
3. Try to create a triangle at all times to give good angle of support.
4. Team mates create gaps, can player in possession look to Messi into them.

Organization:
1. 20 x 15 area set up as shown
2. Two groups of six.
3. Split Groups into two teams, Offense and Defense
Instructions:
1. Attackers start the game by taking their 1st step from the cone.
2. Soon as the attacker moves, the defender sprints forward and touches the green cone.
3. Once the defender has touched the green cone they can run out and try and tag the attacker.
3. The attackers are attempting to touch one of the cones on either side of the defender before being tagged by the defender.
4. Players switch roles and side after each attempt.
5. Attackers get 5 points for touching one of the cones, defenders get 1 point for touching the green cone and another point for a successful tag on the attacker.

1. Drive at defender at speed.
2. Keep options 50.50
3. Look to unbalance.
4. Timing of Fake.
5. Acceleration.
