  • Formation and Roles:

    • The defending white team consists of centre-backs and a holding midfielder.
    • The attacking blue team 10 , 9 and 2 wingers 7 , 11.

  • Starting the Play:

    • The game begins with the coach releasing the ball to one of the attacking wingers.

  • Defenders:

    • The defending team must drop and prevent the attacking team from scoring.
    • Apply defensive principles , force play wide , pressure/cover/balance , swwper keeper , recovery runs.

  • Counter-Attack:

    • Once the defending team regains possession, they have 30 seconds to score in one of the small goals.

  • Offside Rule Applies

  • Objective:

    • The attacking blue team aims to score within a marked central channel.
    • They have only 10 seconds to create a scoring opportunity.

  • Defensive Setup:

    • The defending team consists of a back four and a goalkeeper.
    • The defenders must prevent the attacking team from scoring apply pressure , cover , balance.

  • Offside Rule:

    • The offside rule applies,  attackers must time their runs carefully.
    • Defenders can use the offside trap to catch attackers in an offside position.

  • Counter-Attack Opportunity:

    • Once the defending team regains possession, they can transition to attack.
    • The defending team can score into one of the three mini-goals.
