Warm up
(When not moving box to box, playing in groups passing the ball around and following the pass)
Adaptations
The number of boxes can be adapted dependant on the amount of players
The number of players within each box can also be adapted dependant on amount of players
1. Jogging box to box
2. Dynamic Stretches box to box
3. HR Raiser - All players start in middle box, the ball and atleast 2 players must go into each box and make atleast 1 pass within the box before moving onto the next box. To win, you must visit all boxes and all players must be back in the middle box sat on the floor.
4. One Two with box then whole team drives into the next box.
5. 1 Player runs out to wide cone and a supporting player creates an overlap. Rest of team run into next box to give an option to recieve the ball in the next box.
6. 1-2 with a player heading into next box attacking player, out wide to create the overlap and then all back into box.

Arrival Activity (15 mins)
Arrival Activity
Due to players turning up at different times within a 20 minute window it is neccasary that a light arrival activity is in place prior to warming up.
As players arrive, they are to split into small groups and start passing the ball around. Encouraged to incorporate imaginative play.
A simple passing and movement drill/combination play, this is an example, but players have free reign over this.
