1. Have team split into two lines. They will move up and down the line doing dynamic stretches, jogging, side steps etc
2. Rondo- Split the team in two. Have each team stand outside the circle to create chances to pass. Start off by using one foot, then two etc. Their goal is to get to ten passes. Once they get to ten then they can count that as one goal. At the end of Rondo each team will state how many goals they have. Those goals will go into the final stage of the session, which will give one team the advantage.
3. Passing. Each of the two teams will stand opposite each other on the cones. They will then pass the ball to each other. First by have them stay with the one person, then they will have to pass and move to the next cone. First by going to the right, then by going to the left.
4. Showing them positions as if it were our kick off.
5. Showing them positions as if it's not our kick off.

Session (30 mins)
Using the wing, crossing the ball over, creating 2 on 1 situations
Blue team starts with the ball. They are trying to score by first passing it out to the wing.
The play stops once the black team has the ball.
Let each team play in the offensive position once, keeping the goalie in goals.
Things to look out for: You want the players to be spread out, in position, covering each other, and creating goal scoring chances. Not just by passing, but by moving into space. All players should know and understand their position as well as what they need to do.
