Set up create a 10 x10 grid, with 2 goals at each end (2yds apart) and with 2 colours of cones. Place a cone in the middle of the grid where players will preform ball mastery skills
set up as many of these grids as needed 6 players total at each grid 3 per side is best.
OBJECTIVE

Once players have performed roughly 10 seconds of one drill, coach will yell out a color of cone (red or Orange) and players will leave ball at middle cone and sprint through that color gate.
Next player up in lines will repeat the drill.
PROGRESSION
Players will continue with the same drill, but once coach yells out a color players will dribble the ball through the colored gate.
