Organization:
1. 10x15 field set up as shown
2. 5-6 players per grid. Three attackers (A1, A2, A3) and one defender (D)
3. Rotation: A1>A2>D>A3>A1
4. Multiple balls
Instruction:
1. A1 begins drills by taking a big touch to their right. A2 checks to opposite side of field, defender follows. A3 minics the movent of A1.
2. A1 passes the ball to the feet of A2. A2 receives with the outside of their inside foot, turns inside with ball, and passes to A3.
3. A3 receives the ball and goes 1v1 with the Defender, trying to score a point by corssing the endline.
4. Players rotate postions and begin again.
5. Players will continue for an allotted amount of time or reps.
Coaching Points:
1. Check away from ball quickly
2. Receive with outside of their inside foot
3. Keep body between ball and defender
4. Check shoulder / eyes up
