Instructions:
In the central area, play 4v4 with 2 neutrals who play for the team with the ball. The two end zones each have a receiver.
Teams score one point for passing to one target, and 3 points for passing to two consecutive targets without losing possession.
After a set time, rotate sides.

Place goals at either end and add a defender, stricker and goalkeeper in each of the end zones. The middle section can be 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4 depending on numbers. Increase the playing area if necessary.
To score players must pass the ball into the final third.

Both teams look to pass to either of the target players standing on opposite sides of the grid (target players may move along their line). If they pass to a target and receive the ball back, they must switch directions and play to the other target player.
