Practice (30 mins)
Practice:
Give each player a number (depending on how many players you have) each group passes between their team, coach shouts 2 numbers and they go to the other square to defend. passing players try to make 7 passes to score the point, defending team wins the ball then dribbles outside the area to socer the point.
Keep score!!
Coaching points:
- sliding to support
- create angles
- recieve on the back foot to switch play
- look for split passes to take defenders out of the game
