Defender in blue passes to attacker in orange.  attacker has to get out of wide gate (1 point) or inside gate (2 Points) at far end.  Defender has to jump back and try and prevent and if winds ball drives back to starting line

Channel about 5m wide

Can do drill as right wing or left wing be going in other direction
