Set-Up
3X2 boxes 10ft by 10ft, with 3 players on different teams. No player from the same team can be in the same box and must change box every pass. Start unopposed, each team just works the ball from one side to the other, constantly changing box 2 mins max..
Progressions - the game becomes 3v3 and the team IN possession cannot have 2 players in the same box, once possession is one, pass the ball to the neutral players and continue.
- if a point is scored and all 3 players touch the ball the other team must do 5 exercises.
Coaching Points

- Move into areas that will create space for the player with the ball.
- Decision making is it best to pass or can you dribble forward.
- Scan all the time.
Questions & Answers
Q - Why do the team in possession always have to be in different squares? A - So that you are always in space, not getting in each other's way.
