Organization:
- 20x30 yard area.
- Entry gates (white) and exit gates (blue) positioned around perimeter.
- 2 attackers with 1 ball each.
- 6 defenders (2 inside with a ball each, 4 on outside with 2 balls among the four of them).
Instructions:
- Attackers gain 1 point each time they dribble through an exit gate. Attackers can only re-enter the field using entrance gate.
- Defenders on the inside gain 1 point if they can pass their ball and hit an attacker's ball.
- Outside defenders trying to block exit gates by having a ball at their feet and dribbling behind a blue exit gate.
- Switch out defenders/attackers after 90 seconds.
Coaching Points:
- Size, distance of touches (dribbling or running with the ball).
- Head up to identify space.
- Deception/creativity.
