Objective of session to allow for players to comforable trying an array of fents/moves working on their 1v1 skills in various scenarios by incorporating the technical and physical attributes. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play perspective.

Organization:
- 15 x 15 or larger depending on size of kids
- Coaches plays ball into team, first player on each team enters the grid and player with ball looks to score on either net.
Progression:
- On Coaches command player sprints to corner cone and then back to home before entering grid
- Must score in 7 seconds or less
- Add a second game during play
Coaching Points:
- Quick change of direction
- Pace
- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind

Organization:
- 20 x 20 yard grid, larger if space permits.
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 4 players, no GKs
- unlimited touches to all players to start.
- players look to score on either goal by shooting or dribbling (depends if cones are used for nets)
Progressions:
- must score or dribble with non-dominant foot
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast
- decision making on which net to attack (play away from pressure)
- creativity / attacking mentality

1v1 To Goal North South (15 mins)
Organization:
- 20 x 15
- Player A passes to Player B and defends - Player B can score in either goal
- Before Player can score they must driblle through the small gate in front of the goal before finishing on net
- If Player A wins the ball they now attempt to score on any of the goals
Coaching Points:
- Postive First touch towards goal
- Accelerate away from Defender
- If Defender recovers, Change Direction
- Encourage Creative Play
- Awareness - Dribble with head up & opposite foot from where pressure is coming
- Transition to Defend quickly once they have lost the ball
