DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE (TECHNIQUE / SKILL)
Phase of play practice designed to improve the defensive organisation of the Front 3 and Midfield 3.
WHERE: Opposition half of the pitch.
WHO: Front unit, Midfield unit and Defending unit.
ORGANIZATIONRED teams looking to build from the back and score through area with yellow player in it, If red lose it we are looking to transition to defend.
BLUE team looking to defend and win the ball back ( Transition to Attack)
COACHING POINTS:
can give blue team only 10 seconds to score when they win the ball.
