Pattern A: 1 passes to 2, 2 turns and passes to 3. 3 passes to to 4 to run on to the ball. 4 joins the back of the line. The next person in line starts once the ball gets to 3. This time the group goes the other way to 7.
Pattern B: 1 passes to 2, 2 controls the ball and passes back to 1 (to show he couldn't turn). 1 passes to 3 and 3 to 4.
Pattern C: As above but adding in a third man run. 1 to 2, back to 1. 1 thru to 3. 2 supports the pass and receives from 3. 2 turns and plays the ball to 4.
Pattern D: (Have 2 players begin on 4th cone (on both sides). As above but now when the ball gets to 4. 3 overlaps. 4 plays the ball to 3 and 3 passes the ball back to the begin and then goes to the next cone. Players still move to the next cone everytime like previous exercises)
