Pressure , cover. (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 20x20 yard area with 4 areas of 10x10
setup as show .
2. Groups of 4 players (2 Attackers,2 Defenders)setup as shown
3. 1 ball per group
Instructions:
1. Attacking players pass the ball side ways to each other
2. Defending players must pressure and cover the player in possession
3. Defending players should interchange position everytime a pass is made
4. Defending players do not atempt to win the ball.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed and angle of approach of 1st defender
2. Angle and distance of 2 defender
3. Ability to change roles quickly and correctly
Progressions:
1 P. Allow defenders to tackle and attacker to combine to beat the defender over the end line.
2. R–Have the attacker stop the ball each time and alow the defenders to take their shape before making the next pass.

2v2 main theme one (20 mins)
Organization:
40x25 yard area
12 players( 2 team of 6)
1 ball ( extra around)
Instructions:
1. Teams play 2v2 with targets in each of the end zones
2. Teams atempt to play to their target player in either end zone
3. Target players are permited to move freely inside their zone
4. Target players in each zone are not permited to defend each other and must stay inside their zone until they receive a pass from their teammate
5. If a successful pass is made to target,players rotate positions(passer becomes new target player)and the team begins their attack in the opposite direction with a dribble in to the area.
6.If he ball leave the area start with a kick in.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed and angle ofapproach should force atackerinto cover
2. Angle and distance of 2 defender
3. Ability to change roles quickly and correctly
4. 2 defender needs to keep both attackers in view
5. Communicate to 1 defender

2v2 main theme two (20 mins)
Organization:
40x25 yard area
12 players( 2 team of 6)
1 ball ( extra around)
Instructions:
1. Teams play 2v2 to goal
2. The game starts by the attacking team dribbling the ball into the area
3. After each atempt on goal a new attacking team starts the game from behind the goal
4. The team thatj ust attacked stays on the field to become the new defending team
5. The other players rotate back to their row n goal and await their next atempt to attack.
6. Restart with a goal kick if ball get out of area.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed and angle of approach should force attacker into cover
2. Angle and distance of 2 defender
3. Ability to change roles quickly and correctly
4. 2 defender needs to keep both attackers in view
5. Communicate to1st defender
6. Transition to attack

Organization:
2 Area of 20x10
area set up as shown.
Instructions:
1. Players of both team run to cone A, bend their run and touch the ball witheir hand. First one to get there get the point.
2. Players of both team run to cone A schuffle to C and again run to B, each time touching the ball on top of the cone with their hands. First one to finish got the point.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach
2. Speed of approach
3. Body shape, knee bent, standing on the ball of the foot.
4.Jockeing movement.
