Recovery/ Low / Footwork (10 mins)
INSTRUCTIONS: GK uses footwork to get through cones then deals with low shot from S1. GK then reloads as quickly as possible and uses a crostep to get in ball line with S2 in order to deal with shot to opposite direction.
