Screen 1 (20 mins)

Blue team starts with the ball. They bring the ball to the Zone A where they try to score. 8 blue attack against 9 defending red players. If blue score, they start a new attack.

If the red team recovers the ball, their aim is to play the ball to the striker who remained in the zone B. His first touch should be unchallenged by the blue defender. The second touch is active. The striker is their to launch a counter attack: 3 res players can join the attack in zone C, while the two blue central defenders can defend in zone C.
