Set Up:
- 9 cones to make up tic tac toe squares per group
- two groups per tic tac square
- three cones in front of each group
Instructions
- Players go through their 3 cones in different patterns determined by the coach. (backwards, figure 8's, side shuffles, quick feet side ways right and left, etc.)
- After going through the pattern the player must run to the tic tac square, place pinnie by the cone then tag new partner
- After group has used up all pinnies, the players can move their pinnies within the tic tac square
** Coaches help players to drop their pinnies in the right spot

Set up
2v2,3v3 or 4v4 small sides game
Instructions
- Players receive bonus points every time they pass the ball successfully
- Create four teams
- Two games happening at once
- Play kings/queens Court or rotate so every team plays each other once
Technique Coaching Points
- Open foot into L shape (Middle of your foot should be lined up to the target)
- Planted foot to the target (Foot you are not passing with)
- Motion through the ball to follow through to target (Draw a line with middle of foot)
- Weight of pass (As distance increases, increase weight of pass. As distance decreases, decrease weight of pass)

Collect and Score (10 mins)
Set up:
- 15x15 grid
- 4 different colour cones at the intersects of the grid
- 4 pugg nets
- 16 balls
Instructions:
- Players are split into four teams
- Each team sends a player into 4x4 grid to collect and dribble a ball out of the gird and score in one of the four nets
- Once player has shot the ball, they must return back to the line and give a teammate a high five
- The next player repeats the process
Individual Challenges
Week 1) Players do a pull back turn, then score on one of the nets on the sides of the grid
Week 2) Players do an inside of the foot turn and shoot with the inside of their foot into any of the goals
Week 3) Players do an outside of the foot turn and shoot with their laces
Team Challenges
1) Finish on all four nets as a team (Each player decides which net they will shoot on)
2) 2min time limit to score as many goals as a big group
Coaching points
Turns
Pull back
- Foot on top of the ball, and use the bottom of your toes to pull the ball in the opposite direction (walk your dog, do not take your eyes off the ball)
Inside Foot
- Get body opposite of where you want the ball to go and use the inside middle point of your foot to direct the ball where you want to turn.
Outside Foot
- Get body opposite of where you want the ball to go and use the outside middle point of your foot to direct the ball where you want to turn.
Shooting
Laces
- Lock your ankle and follow through (Draw a line from tongue of foot into the target)
Inside
- Open foot to L shape and follow through (Draw a line from middle of foot to the target)
- Planted foot to the target
