15-20 min
Set up
- Players are set at each dot or cone which represents a position (Fixo, Right Ala, Left Ala, Pivot)
- Keepers are set on the opposite goal for shots.
Instructions
- Ball starts with the Fixo.
- Fixo plays the ball to the right ala and checks away in the opposite direction to create a passing angle.
- Right ala checks out and checks back in to receive the ball with the sole.
- Left ala comes across the court for a wall pass with the right ala as soon as the ball is played from the fixo.
- Pivot spins off and makes his way towards the second post of the goal to receive a pass or rebound.
- Right ala takes the ball and finds the Pivot at the second post or takes a shot.
- Players rotate to their right after each set.
- After a few repetitions, change and go the opposite direction. (rotate to the left)
Coaching Points
- Quick sharp movements.
- Solid pass to feet and receive with sole.
- Fixo checks away from the ball once the pass is made.
- Ala checks out and back in to create space to receive the pass from the fixo.
- Opposite ala times his run for the wall pass.
- Pivot also times his run towards the back post. Bend your run, it should not be a straight run.
Progression
- Add one or two defenders in the opposing teams defensive half.
- Players must wait for the wall pass before it goes live.

Set up
- 3 or 4 lines depending on numbers
- Two dots (cones) about 5 yards in front of each line.
- each player with a ball. If not enough balls, players can share.
Instructions
- Close control dribble towards the dot and then complete the skill move (sole roll, L-Turn, combo, single scissors, double scissors, step over, step over/scissors combo.) (coaches choices)
- Both players should be going at the same time.
Coaching Points
- Small touches to keep close control of the ball.
- Head up as you dribble.
- Complete the skill move at the dot (cone) and accelerate to the end of the line with your ball.

- Pass, receive with your sole and follow your pass
