Organisation
Area 25 x 25 yards, every player has a ball, working in pairs numbered 1 (red) and 2 (blue).
1's have to dribble around the area trying to lose their partner, 2's are trying to stay as close as they can.
Once the coach shouts freeze, if the chaser can reach the leader in 3 steps then the chaser gets 1 point. If the leader is more than three steps away the leader gets 1 point.

Organisation
Area 25 x 25 yards, red players have a ball, blue players do not. Working in paris numbered 1 (red) and 2 (blue).
Players are passing and moving around the area in their paris, when the coach shouts "WAR" partners go against each other. Whoever has the ball after 1 minute is the winner and gains 2 points.
Progression
When the coach shouts "WAR", players without a ball can tackle anyone with a ball. If you finish with a ball after 1 minute you get 5 points.

Players deal with pressure from behind from a chasing player which is game realistic. Removes other factors such as scoring or passing to allow players to focus on the theme.

Organisation
3 Cones placed 5 (Blue Cone), 15 (White Cone) and 20 (Red Cone) yards from the goal. The defender (Red) passes to the attacker (Blue). The attacker must dribble past the blue cone and then try and score into the goal before the red player can catch them and touch them on the back. The defender cannot move until the attacker has taken his first touch.
1 point = dribbling past the blue cone
2 points = scoring
1 point = touching attacker on the back after the blue cone
2 points = touching attacker on the back before the blue cone

For example, If the red team dirbble through a red gate before they score they will get 3 goals rather than 1.
